On 7 and 8 July 2025, the AR (Awareness Raising) in a Box for SMEs seminar was held at the ICT Academy of the Office of the Commissioner of Communications.
AR-in-a-Box is a methodology developed by ENISA (European Union Agency for Cybersecurity), specifically designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It offers a comprehensive solution for implementing targeted and effective cybersecurity awareness campaigns, providing all the necessary tools to integrate cybersecurity into the corporate culture.
📅 7 July 2025 – Public Seminar for SMEs
On the first day, a seminar open to the general public was conducted, with a focus on SMEs. The aim of the session was to equip participants from small and medium-sized enterprises with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use the AR-in-a-Box toolkit.
📅 8 July 2025 – Train the Trainer Session for NCC-CY Members
On the second day, a Train the Trainer session was held exclusively for members of the NCC-CY Cybersecurity Community. The goal was to empower participants to design and implement successful cybersecurity awareness and training campaigns within their organisations.
The workshop was delivered by two ENISA representatives, Ms. Christina Skouloudi and Ms. Aikaterini Christaki. Ms. Raluca Alexandrescu from the National Cyber Security Directorate of Romania also participated in the event, presenting her organisation’s experience in implementing the AR-in-a-Box methodology.
